ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello and welcome back to Foxwood Personal Training. Today we have an exciting announcement to make. Foxwood Personal Training is expanding!
Angelina Egerton is joining the FPT team to help out with social media. Head over to her instagram page and say hello.
Angelina is currently undergoing her Yoga Teacher Training, and from early 2020 will be offering yoga classes – more details on this will be available soon but we are very excited that Foxwood Personal Training is expanding and to be offering yoga as a complement to strength training.
Yoga is a restorative practice that helps to calm the mind, increase mobility, encourage flexibility, reduce injuries and build strength. So whether you are new to yoga or not, do book in with Angelina for a session, starting early next year.
Another fantastic way to boost your strength training is with a sports massage. A 45-minute session is just £35 so be sure to check out our Sports Massage page.

Online Running Coaching
This is our newest service, and one which we are extremely proud of.
Tim is a former national champion in the mile, as well as a three times England International athlete. He has a Sports Science degree and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning. It is fair to say he knows a thing or two about how to coach runners.
Here is a little more depth to Tims running CV.
Tim has beaten Olympic Triathlon champion, Alistair Brownlee, in a fell running race. On the track, Tim has beaten a number of Olympic athletes, including Olympic 800m semi-finalist Ricky Soos and Olympic 10,000m finalist Andres Jones. He beat both these athletes over the 1500m distance. Tim also spent three months in Kenya, training with World 10,000m champion and World Cross Country Champion Linet Masai.
If you are an ambitious runner and you would like to be coached by Tim, then you can find more about running coaching here:
If you have any questions about running coaching, or any of our other services at Foxwood Personal Training, then please do get in touch.
