Hey everyone! My name is Angelina Egerton and I am so excited to be joining the team here at Foxwood Personal Training. I’m here to help out with some social media – are you following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram? I’ll pop the links down below if you want to head over and say hello.

So while Tim is the man to know if you are interested in strength training, getting fitter and stronger or just generally reaching your body goals. From early 2020 I will be offering yoga classes to complement the training that Tim offers.

Yoga is a wonderful practice to help your physical and mental health. It can strengthen, relax, rejuvenate and invigorate your body, mind and spirit. Rest assured that my classes will be suitable for people who have never tried yoga before, or those who consider themselves ‘not flexible enough’ for yoga! 

Tim also offers Sports Massage sessions, so use our contact form if you’d like to enquire about SPORTS MASSAGE IN YORK. Along with yoga, massage helps the body recover from your strength training sessions, it can help reduce the likelihood of injury and can take your results to the next level.
