Egerton’s Garage Gym is based in the Foxwood / Acomb area of York. The gym is less than two miles from York city centre. It is arguably the ONLY truly private personal training gym in York. It is certainly the best equipped private personal training gym in York.
Fully kitted out with high end equipment from world leading manufacturers, The EGG has set itself apart from the rest. With equipment from brands such as Watson, Eleiko, Hammer Strength and Rogue to name just a few, we are creating a centre of excellence here in York.
Best Gym in York
The gym exclusively stocked with equipment from the world’s best equipment suppliers. Not only that, but the gym contains specialist items of equipment, some of which can’t be found elsewhere in York. For the Strongman enthusiasts, the gym has Axle Bars and a Viking Press machine. For the powerlifters, we have specialist pieces for your assistance work. Amongst these are our Watson Reverse Hyper Extension Machine and our Prone Row Bench. We also have a Hammer Strength Olympic Bench. If your are training for the olympic lifts, then we are equipped with a premium stainless steel weightlifting bar, a full set of bumper platers and Eleiko change plates. We are equipped with a full set of dumbbells from 1Kg up to 40Kg. Our competition Kettlebells also go all the way up to 32kg.
