I am also an Assistant to Lilley Harvey at Peacock Tree Yoga in York for her beginners Yoga class.
I have been attending as a Yoga student for over six months now, having first met Lilley at the York Yoga Show. And as I am now embarking upon my Yoga Teacher Training, Lilley was kind enough to ask me if I would help her out as an assistant at Peacock Tree Yoga. This is a great opportunity to support my learning on my Yoga Teacher Training Course and I am so excited about my journey ahead.
I am taking over from Louise Brogan-Hewitt as the assistant for the beginners class at Peacock Tree Yoga. Louise is now moving on to focus on her own Yoga practice in York – Yoger. Louise has been wonderful at Peacock Tree and so I only hope I can live up to the standard set by Louise!
Anyway, please do say hello if you do see me at any of the classes at Peacock Tree.
